Test your setup with a blank piece of paper before you print to your printer cards. Once printed to a blank paper, hold both up to the light to make sure information is aligned properly.

Select the text you wish to delete. Hit delete. NOTE: Do not use the "select all" function - this will also delete the template.

The perforations are for easier removal of the cards from the sheet. If you desire, trim the excess with scissors.

In Microsoft Word: Right click inside the box and select "borders and shading.." under the borders tab select none for the setting. This will eliminate the black boxes.

We do not recommend using these templates with the individual cards. The templates are set up for use with the Rolodex Printer Cards.

When saving the template to your computer, be sure to include .doc for Microsoft Word or use the appropriate file name extension your word processing program uses. Yes- we have cards specifically made for printing information direct to the Rolodex card. These sheets are available in 2 ¼” x 4” size. Please check with your retailer for item number 67620.
